Thank you to all of our children, parents and families who are working with us during this difficult time of COVID 19 and school closure. Our class pages are full of great ideas for you to use at home. Please come and collect packs of paper and pencils to help you with your great work at home. We are open between 9am and 11 am each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Class 3

Class 3 enjoy listening to BBC Newround and have become very interested in the idea of the USA building a wall along the border with Mexico. They have discussed why some people support this idea and why others are against it.

For their Creative Week Mexican making challenge they had to build a wall out of newspaper and tape, at least one metre long and free standing. It had to be a team effort. This is how they got on.

We have also done a comparison of Mexico and the UK, learnt the Mexican Hat dance, created our own dance moves to Latin American music, listened to different Mariachi music, learnt a Spanish counting song, learnt about the Day of the Dead festival and designed & painted skull masks.
